LOVE Land and Home

Turning a lot of ideas into a brand with direction.

· Brand Strategy

· Creative Direction
· Marketing Strategy
· Ongoing Strategic Partnership

LOVE Land + Home already had plenty of personality when Lacey and I started working together. What it didn’t need was someone coming in and turning it into a generic luxury real estate brand.

Lacey had ideas. Lots of them. She knew she wanted to grow, evolve the brand and create something that felt distinctly like LOVE, but figuring out what to prioritize and how to actually move those ideas forward was another story.

In her words:

I often feel like I have a lot of ideas but no plan for execution. I felt stagnant. I had the urge to grow but no plan in place.

The Brand Playbook
All of the strategy, ideas and creative direction came together in one comprehensive brand playbook, giving LOVE a clear system for how the brand looks, sounds, communicates and grows. From visual identity and messaging to content, marketing and the future LOVE experience, the playbook became a roadmap for making decisions and bringing the bigger vision to life.

I did not expect the branding playbook! It was incredibly helpful. It really helped me see the vision moving forward.

Strategy that actually feels like you

One of the biggest priorities throughout our work has been making sure growth still feels like Lacey.

There are a thousand things a real estate brand could be doing. That doesn't mean LOVE should be doing all of them.

Our ongoing work is about figuring out which opportunities make sense, where to focus, how the brand should show up, what deserves an investment and what can simply be ignored.

Trillium is helping me keep my business front of mind and focus on the aspects of growing my business that feel natural and authentic to me.
— Lacey, LOVE Land and Home

That has included ongoing brand and marketing strategy, creative direction, content guidance, brainstorming, accountability and having another person at the table who can look at an idea and ask: Does this actually move LOVE Land and Home where we want it to go?

What’s changing

LOVE isn't a finished before-and-after. We're actively building the next version of it.

But the shift is already happening.

Lacey says she's thinking more intentionally before making business decisions and considering where she's investing her money. Content created from our strategy is receiving positive feedback. And, most importantly, the individual pieces are beginning to feel like one cohesive brand.

It feels like we are bringing a brand together. It feels like a lot of authentic collaboration.
— Lacey, LOVE Land and Home

what’s next?

According to Lacey: “A full-blown elevation of the brand.” So, we're not wrapping this one up with a pretty bow just yet.

There’s more to build.

And what’s it actually like to work with Trillium?

I'll let Lacey handle this part.

“Pretty fucking amazing. An honor. A gift. Worth every red hot cent.”
