Turning workplace strategy into something people could connect with.
LOTH's work went far beyond office furniture. The company was helping organizations think differently about workplace design, employee experience and how physical environments could support the people using them.
My role was to help tell that bigger story.
I worked across brand strategy, messaging, creative direction and marketing to evolve how LOTH showed up, translating complex workplace ideas into something more human, design-forward and easy to understand.
That work extended across the corporate website, digital campaigns, case studies, project stories, thought leadership, newsletters, video, marketing materials and client-facing experiences, creating a more cohesive connection between what LOTH did and how the company talked about it

Helping sales tell a better story.
A significant part of my role was working directly with salespeople, directors and leadership to turn their expertise, ideas and client conversations into compelling pitches, proposals and presentations.
That meant figuring out what actually mattered to the client, organizing complex information into a clear narrative and designing the final presentation so it was polished, persuasive and aligned with the LOTH brand.
I developed sales materials and presentations supporting business development and major client opportunities, including project-winning sales presentations that brought strategy, storytelling and design together.
The brand didn't stop at the screen.
Because LOTH's work ultimately came to life in physical spaces, the brand experience couldn't live exclusively in marketing.
I partnered with sales, design and showroom teams on events, showroom experiences, workplace education and other client touchpoints, helping connect what someone saw online or in a presentation with what they experienced when they actually walked through the door.
The goal was a consistent experience from the first piece of content someone encountered through the sales process and into the physical environment itself.
“They brought the knowledge. I helped shape the story.”
Building the system behind the brand.
There was also plenty happening behind the scenes.
I developed more consistent templates, marketing and sales materials, content standards and workflows; managed website strategy and content; worked with outside vendors and creative partners; and collaborated closely with leadership, sales and operations to make sure marketing supported actual business priorities.
It wasn't about making individual things look good. It was about creating a stronger system for how the company communicated, sold and showed up.
The Result
A more cohesive, design-forward brand with clearer storytelling and a stronger connection between marketing, sales and the physical client experience.
The work strengthened LOTH's positioning among corporate and design-industry audiences, improved the consistency of marketing and sales materials, supported stronger lead generation and gave sales teams better tools for communicating the company's expertise.
